Maximizing property value through targeted renovations
This was was previously owned by a woman that love to dance. The entire living room was like a club. Disco lights, sunken dance floor and a DJ bar. We removed an interior wall to create an open floorplan. Installed a new kitchen. Outside the kitchen area, we removed large plants, cut the roof back and installed larger windows. These conversion allowed more natural light to enter the home. Combined with the white interior the house the really brightened up. We raised the sunken dance floor and installed new flooring throughout. the master bathroom was very small so we reconfigured to make larger. The front entrance was previously raised, which caused a problem entering the front door due to a low roof line above the front door. We cut back the roof and installed an entry arbor.
