Full Home Remodel For Investment
The Bacon home in Lafayette was a flip completed in 2019. The home was purchased off the MLS as an investment. Lafayette is a prestigious city with high home prices. This home is located in a really good neighborhood, near schools and freeway.
The complete roof removal was a surprise, but well worth it. Not just installing new shingles, this home needed an entire new roof, including new trusses. Offering a home with a new roof appeals to buyers, because they know there will be no problems for at least a decade. Since we had to install a new roof, we decided to add some space and extend the homes living area and build a new modern master bedroom with access to the rear patio.
This project was one of our largest. We took the entire home down to the studs and foundation. Almost to the point that it was new construction.
